academic narcolepsy

[noun / ak-uh-dem-ik . nahr-kuh-lep-see]

i. a medical condition consisting of the inability to stay awake during any conference or lecture where the words Deleuze, rhizome or deterritorialisation are spoken.

ii. a medical condition where the task of writing an overdue article, essay or book brings on overwhelming lethargy and fatigue.

This seems to happen every time I mention the BwO.
